1, gear pump gear wear

2. Wear of pump housing

Pump shell wear in the oil inlet will be a little bit more, if the pump shell is symmetrical, you can flip 180. Reuse. For a passive gear, both ends cannot be exchanged, and when it is removed, the mark should be made. Because the gear will wear on one side. The active tooth is integrated with the rotating shaft, and can not be turned; the turning of the passive gear can make the contact point of the meshing line of the two gear change. Pump assembly, to add a little lubricating oil, and then use hand to make a little rotation, feel smooth.

3, assembly face bearing should be replaced at the same time?

Be sure to replace them at the same time. Because of the end of the pump wear, mainly bearing clearance is too large, so that the gear in the rotation caused by the swing.

4, the safety valve pressure can not adjust

It is checked that there is no blockage in the damping hole, and most of this is due to the lax closure of the poppet valve and the valve seat, so that the oil pressure of the C cavity can not be established.

5, the grinding gear plane and bearing hole verticality has changed

Can only be found in the assembly of gear pump, because the end clearance is very small, generally at about 0.05mm. If the verticality of the end face and bearing bore changes, the gear shaft will not move after the assembly of the pump. If the locking screw is loose, but it is still not smooth, and then disassemble the gear pump, and the end face scratches. This is the end plane and bearing hole is not perpendicular to the result.

6, one track can only advance, can not retreat

The overload overflow valve core of the walking motor is jammed. In order to protect the safety of the system, 2 overload relief valves are set up in the system. If there is an overload relief valve core stuck in the overflow position, the system pressure will be lost.

7, crawler walking is slow

This fault happens on a lot of excavators. This is because the flow rate of the piston pump is insufficient. When the excavator does another action at the same time, it is equal to the flow of a piston pump. The flow of 2 pumps in the Komatsu 200-2 excavator control valve will be combined, Komatsu 200-3 to PC200-6 excavator, will be straight line valve confluence.

Piston pump flow is not enough, not necessarily the pump has been damaged, most of the flow control valve is not adjusted due to the reasons.

8, pull excavator walking control handle, feel very heavy (almost impossible to pull)

The travel distribution valve is different from other distribution valves. The distribution valve of most machines is not controlled by hydraulic, but by mechanical pull rod, pulled directly by hand. Because the machine is obsolete, or had the distribution valve wear, clearance walking slide valve and larger hole, high pressure oil from the oil duct valve leakage into one end of a spring, spring and spring cover is tightly covered, the high-pressure forming hood, leading to a distribution valve spring side shift. The joystick is heavy (to the other direction is lighter).

9, the engine speed will decline in an instant, or even flameout

At the same time, the operation lever of two tracks is used to make the excavator start, this fault is more common. This is mainly the piston pump variable mechanism problems. The piston pump still has a lot of flow when the machine is idling.

10, the throttle can not control speed

The oil motor has just been repaired, the track is faster when the gas is small, but it will not go when the throttle is big. What is the reason and how to remedy it?

This is due to the grinding of the port plate and excessive grinding during maintenance, so that the pressure between the valve plate and the cylinder plane is not enough. When the throttle is small, the oil pressure is small, the plane and plane is not easy to produce leakage; when the big throttle, the oil pressure increases, between the plane overflow, leading to the big throttle when the track is not active. The remedial method can be added to the spring gasket, if it is a butterfly spring, you can add a butterfly spring.
