320 B excavator can not start trouble removal

To find out why the starter does not drive the engine, first of all, check whether it is the electrical part or the motor part. Using a wrench in engine crankshaft pulley and a bolt, feeling very laborious and the pulley can only rotate back and forth very small angles, that is not the starter to rotate the engine engine drag caused by too much, not the fault of electric parts. The analysis thinks, in the trailer for excavator before the long-distance transportation, technical state of the engine is normal, it is not possible timing system, connecting rod and crankshaft die valvegear card lock; appear to rotate the engine starter cannot occur in the excavator rollover, excavator rollover when the engine cylinder cylinder position is higher than that of VI I the oil pan is higher than the head position, in this state, the engine oil sump oil will slowly from the wall of the gap into the combustion chamber; the VI cylinder position is lowest, I cylinder position is highest, the largest oil may flow into the fuel chamber of the cylinder is VI, followed by V, cylinder IV is the smallest possibility of cylinder, cylinder I. So remove the valve chamber of IV, V, VI cylinder cover, cylinder clearance of VI inlet and outlet valve is inserted into a shaped screwdriver, the purpose is to make the VI cylinder inlet and exhaust valve has been in the open state, this time with a curved back and forth wrench pulley, crankshaft rotation angle was slightly larger than before. In the same way, the V cylinder inlet and exhaust valve in the open state, rotate the crankshaft pulley, crankshaft rotation angle and can be larger; the IV cylinder inlet and exhaust valve in the open state, rotate the crankshaft pulley, crankshaft can rotate 360 degrees. It is proved that the engine oil sump into the combustion chamber through the cylinder clearance, due to the large amount of oil flowing into the combustion chamber, the starter (or use spanner crankshaft pulley) so that the crankshaft rotates, in the piston upward in high compression ratio (around the gap were totally sealed). The crankshaft rotation resistance is too large, so it shows that the starter can not drive the engine to rotate. Find fault, decided to switch to 1mm IV, V VI, feeler inserted into the cylinder, the exhaust valve clearance of a screwdriver (instead of a font for one font is too thick, so as to avoid a screwdriver) valve pressure over the top bad piston, but also can not start the starter machine, so the feeler thickness increased from 1mm to 1.5mm, start again when the engine can be started, and a lot of oil discharged from the exhaust pipe. At this time, there are two cylinder feeler slide out from the valve clearance, while the engine was immediately suppressed flameout; re insert feeler, smooth again to start the engine idling, and about 1min, but a IV silk cylinder feeler, engine and is suffocating flameout, that the combustion chamber is more oil, so again insert feeler, start the engine idle again, and the 5min estimation of combustion chamber oil has been drained out, have IV cylinder and cylinder V feeler, engine can operate normally, and finally pulled out the IV cylinder feeler, engine operation is normal. The fault has been completely eliminated.
