Adjustment of articulated device of ZL-40 loader frame      

The deflection is avoided, the additional bending moment is avoided, the steering is flexible, the turning radius is small, and the loading efficiency is high. If the assembly is improperly adjusted, it will cause serious wear in the front and back frame bore and cause difficulties in maintenance. After many experiments, the necessary improvement has been made, which not only guarantees the quality, but also avoids the occurrence of similar phenomena.

1. Measures to prevent the upper and lower hole wear of the front frame hinge pin

(1) to ensure that the front frame hole (phi 66mm), the lower hole (phi 60mm) and the hinge pin clearance is 0.03~0.12mm.

(2) ensure the plane under the frame and rear frame front hinged hinged joints under the bearing and the lower end of the front rack is arranged in the joint bearing washers [standard size (diameter x) is Phi 76mm phi 61.5mm (diameter) x12mm (thick)], articulated frame joint bearing axial clearance is 0.05~0.10mm.

(3) to ensure that the thickness of the joint bearing washer is not less than 11mm (standard thickness is 12mm), it will not appear before and after the start of the gear linkage phenomenon.

2, the lower hinge joint bearing gasket improper adjustment caused by hanging machine before and after the move

During maintenance, it is found that the size of the joint bearing washer in the same type of ZL-40 loader is different and must be measured every time. The joint bearing should be installed in the hinged hole of the rear frame. The distance measuring size of X1 joint bearing inner ring end and the lower end of the frame, and then load before and after a hinged pin shaft, locking pin 4 fixed bolts, and then measure the front rack under the upper end and hinged with the rear frame. The distance between size X2, and then use the x1+ x2-0.10mm as the joint size bearing washer thickness.

3. Adjustment of outer ring and bearing end cover of upper and lower joint bearings of rear frame

(1) firstly, the joint bearing is loaded into the hole, and the clearance between the rear frame hole and the bearing should be ensured 0.001~0.012mm clearance. If the clearance is too large, the bearing fixing agent can be used to fill the gap.

(2) measure the distance between the upper end face of the frame and the outer end of the joint bearing by the depth gauge, and then measure the distance of the boss of the bearing end cover. If the two distances are not equal, the shim can be adjusted.

The wear of the front frame hinge inner hole is mainly caused by the excessive adjustment of the gasket thickness of the washer at the lower end of the rear frame joint bearing, and the abrasion of the inner hole of the rear frame joint bearing is caused by the improper adjustment of the cover size. The above adjustment can avoid the upper and lower linkage of the articulated device before and after the start of the loader gear, and prevent the excessive wear of the hinge internal control.
