Analysis and judgment of hydraulic grab working weakness

If the work pressure of an action is low, its motion is weak and the speed is slow. Take left walking as an example. If the main volume of a pump is in normal working condition, the possibility of pump failure should be ruled out. When operating the machine, with the advance of T joint the pressure gauge on the left to travel main control valve at both ends and measure the pressure of the valve pilot oil pressure check whether it is normal, if low, illustrate the problems in pilot oil part. The left pilot oil is directly connected to both ends of the main control valve through two solenoid valves and left pilot control valves, so it is necessary to detect the pressure loss points with the intercept method, so as to find out the fault. If the pilot oil pressure is normal, it shows that the fault is on the main oil road, and the oil coming from the left walking control valve will enter the motor through the rotary joint and the motor head lock valve, and the defective parts can also be found by the intercept method.
If the pressure values of a number of actions are low, it is shown that the working hours of these devices appear weakness and low speed at the same time. When you encounter such problems, you should first observe whether there is a common point between these actions, such as whether the limit pressure value is the same, whether a common pump, a valve on the relief valve or return valve. If there is no common ground, they can be solved by the aforementioned method; if they have something in common, their common points should be checked, which may be the fault location. If the walk left and the main volume of the pressure field at the same time is not normal, and the ultimate pressure is the same, because they share the overflow valve, a pump and a valve on the oil return valve, therefore, the problem may be in the pump, relief valve or valve. To this end, another pump can be used to supply oil to the distribution valve to find out where the trouble is. If the pressure of the right walking, the grab, the secondary winding field and the main winding field at the same time is low, and the pressure limit is the same, the possibility of the failure of the oil supply main pump is more likely, which can be further confirmed by the above method. If there is no problem in detecting the main pump, it is necessary to check the overflow valve and return valve of the two sets of distributing valves. If the right to walk, grab, vice roll field or a set of pressure turntable two groups, third volume distribution valve rotary field in low and another group that the main pump is normal, no problem, must appear in the fault distribution valve relief valve in the group fault or oil return valve.
If all the work pressure is low, the whole machine is powerless, slow movement, this situation needs to repair or replace the hydraulic main pump.
