Pakistan's 2 x 330 MW coal-fired power plant CFB project is the new 2 Taiwan 330 300MW sub critical circulating fluidized bed coal-fired units, the project site is located in Pakistan, Sindh province, northeast of the town of 25Km, East Pakistan border distance 65Km, westward from Karachi city about 450Km. The project is the first coal and electricity integration project in Pakistan, and it will become the first power plant project in the thar energy block.
The foundation of the project is the pouring of the foundation cushion of chimney. The project chimney is 180 meters high, and the diameter of the brick sleeve outlet is 8 meters. The chimney adopts two furnaces combined with a single tube chimney, and uses the inner tube acid proof cement to build the acid proof brick. The inner tube foundation consists of cushion, annular bottom plate and ring wall. The outer diameter of the annular base plate is 26 meters, the inner diameter is 12.7 meters, and the width is 6.4 meters. At the same time, the power plant is located in the desert Gobi landform, surrounded by eolian sand dunes, ups and downs, belongs to the tropical desert climate, brought a lot of difficulties to the project construction.
