Brief introduction of mechanical hydraulic speed governing system
Practice has proved that it is feasible to develop the coordinated control of domestic 200MW units by mechanical hydraulic speed regulating system as long as the inherent defects of synchronizer and governor are eliminated effectively.
The steam turbine unit adopts high speed elastic centrifugal speed sensing device for mechanical hydraulic speed regulating system. The thermal control system is equipped with analog assembly instrument. The unit was put into operation in June 1990. Coordinated control system is coordinated by the main system, the combustion control system and synchronization control system is composed of three parts, the unit load is coordinated by the main system to the synchronous control system by adjusting operation instruction, synchronizer to realize the regulation.
