Check starting control valve. Release the connector screw and switch on the vibration switch (the key should be transferred to the ignition switch "ON"). The plug contacts have an electrical exclusion circuit system fault. Remove the seat. Loosen the nuts on the solenoid, together with the wires and sockets, take the 12V direct current on the socket, and test the coil with a screwdriver to create a magnetic field. As the machine is suddenly unable to appear vibration phenomenon, suspected vibration valve spool stuck, but removed the inspection, did not find obvious problems, re installed after cleaning, the failure has not been ruled out.
Check the vibration pump. Feeling the temperature of the pump body and the sound of the pump, there is no abnormal situation. The pressure is felt by touching the main pipe.
Check the vibration motor. Plug the leak pipe on the vibration motor first, test the internal discharge degree of the motor, start the roller, switch the vibration switch, the failure is still not clear (pay attention to the test time can not be too long, otherwise it will damage the motor). Then, the vibration of the motor from the connection plate is removed through vibration switch, vibration motor can rotate, with the tools of coupling vibration of rotating wheel to connected with the vibrating motor, feel there was resistance to rotation. Therefore, the suspect is vibration bearing burn die.
Check the vibration wheel. Open the vibration wheel, found a bolt and nut fixed bearing vibration loose, long screw exit and stuck the eccentric block to rotate, the analysis thinks, may be the wheel vibration bearing screws in the factory installation without adding to the specified tightening torque, and in the use of the process, due to the vibration of the eccentric shaft support bearing of centrifugal force great, and changing the direction of the force will be shedding nut. The loosened bolt shall be fixed and the moment is tightened and the axial clearance and radial clearance of the vibration bearing and the free movement of the vibration shaft shall be checked. The engine shall be restarted and the trouble can be eliminated. To prevent similar failures, tighten the fastening bolts of the vibration bearing to the specified torque, and install the anti slip gasket, and then put into construction for more than a year, and the vibration wheel does not have any similar faults.
