1, the machine deflection side of the walking suction valve damage

The suction valve is mounted on the hydraulic cylinder and motor of the working device. The utility model has the advantages that when the hydraulic cylinder or the motor is impacted by the external force, the abnormal high pressure in the cylinder or the motor can be relieved (the setting pressure is generally above 36.5MPa), thus protecting the tubing and the cylinder from being damaged. If the walking suction valve is damaged, the valve springs become soft or broken, then the main valve will reduce the oil pressure, resulting in insufficient driving power of the motor, causing the running deviation. The removal method is to repair or replace the suction valve.

2, the machine deflection side of the main valve spool movement failure

If the main valve in the spring to become soft or broken, or the spool is stuck, are likely to cause oil pressure to reduce the emergence of running deviation. Check, to measure the pressure of the main valve line, the normal value is 32.5MPa. If the main valve is damaged, replace or repair it. A PC200 excavator has appeared two times running, deviation, all due to the main valve damage caused by walking. Therefore, in the presence of running deviation fault, we should first consider whether to walk, the main valve has been damaged, avoid detours.
