Burst 5, gear pump

(1) the oil pipeline is blocked by foreign matter, which causes the pressure to rise infinitely.

(2) the pressure adjustment of the safety valve is too high, or the opening and closing characteristics of the safety valve are poor, and the reaction is delayed, so that the gear pump can not be protected.

(3) if the system uses multi directional valve to control the direction, some multi-channel valves may be negative openings, so that the gear pump will be damaged because of the pressure rise at the dead center.

6, fever

(1) the system overload, mainly in the pressure or speed is too high.

(2) the cleanliness of the oil is poor, the internal wear is aggravated, the volumetric efficiency is reduced, and the oil is generated from the inner gap to throttle and generate heat.

(3) the pipe is too small, the oil flow rate is too high, the general oil flow rate was 3~8m/s.
