(1) thermostat failure. A YZ10B type roller, start the engine, the tank "boil" phenomenon found in a very short period of time. (2) gas path blockage. A new type of ZL50 loader, after the start of barometric pressure has been found to zero, the reservoir discharge switch without gas discharge, open the air compressor to the gas control valve between the tracheal gas discharge, air compressor working instructions. Remove the trachea between the gas control valve and the air pump, and find that there is a small ice block connecting the copper pipe and the rubber pipe to block the trachea, which leads to the gas can not enter the storage tank, and the barometer has no indication. In winter, the water vapor of the brake air path is blocked by ice after shutdown, resulting in the blockage of the trachea. Therefore, the water of the air reservoir and the oil-water separator must be released after each stop.

(3) filter clogging. A 74 - style excavator still burns out soon after its start-up. Check the tank to the oil pump, the oil pipe and the oil pump to the diesel filter, the oil pipe is not blocked, remove the diesel filter, found that the filter is frozen. The car parking is not sealed in autumn, maintainedregularly, high grade diesel (diesel pour point, high) in the winter, the filter of diesel due to "freeze" and the filter almost sealed, although reluctant to start, but because of insufficient supply of diesel oil filter blockage, self extinguishing fire. Remove the "ice" in the filter, replace the diesel oil, start again, and the diesel engine is working normally.

(4) hydraulic oil freezing. A ZL50 loader, after starting, it was found that the torque converter oil pressure (outlet pressure) is 0, the speed change control oil pressure is 0.5MPa (normal 1.08-1.47MPa), after hanging, the machine can not start running. Open the transmission oil tank cover, hydraulic oil has been found frozen into ice "slag" (wax), after burner for baking transmission, filter, the main oil pipeline starts again, the instrument shows normal pressure, the machine can run normally.

(5) diesel oil icing". A Shanghai 120A bulldozer in leveling the ground suddenly stalled, hand pump oil pump when the outflow of the fuel injection pump at only a small amount of oil gas plug, check box, oil enough, but diesel in the "ice residue" (wax), check lines between the fuel tank to the fuel pump, found the pipeline also has "ice", resulting in poor oil flow. The original charging diesel tank is No. 0 diesel oil, freezing phenomenon in winter operation, cleaning, for low pour point diesel, diesel engine working normally, extinction phenomenon does not appear again.
