Common knowledge of using and maintaining paver
Paver is a kind of construction equipment which is mainly used for paving various materials on the base and surface of highway. There are various systems to cooperate with each other to complete the paving work, mainly including walking system, hydraulic system, transmission and distribution system, etc.. In order to improve the service life and reduce the occurrence of mechanical failures, the maintenance work should be done well. Here is a small sum up some of the maintenance of common sense, I hope all of you help.
1. Replace the oil filter every 250 hours. The replacement of the first lubrication of the new engine should be carried out after 50 hours of work. The fuel filter should replace the filter element every 250 hours.
2, if the engine exhaust smoke or output power decline, the air cleaner filter cartridge should be blown.
3, when the filter has been blown 3 times or too much ash, you should replace the new product. (note that when blowing, the compressed air pressure should not exceed 5 bar, and the air nozzle should be an angle of the cotton filter element).
4, check whether the filter damage, a bulb can be inserted into the filter, through the light can be observed to see if there is damage.
5. Check the level of battery once every two weeks. Add distilled water when necessary.
6. Dust emission valve should be discharged once every two weeks.
7, to charge the battery, unplug the electronic components of the plug, connect the wire first positive terminal, and then connect to the negative terminal.
8, the initial replacement of hydraulic oil should be 125 hours and 2000 hours after work, then every 2000 hours after the replacement, but should be replaced at least once a year. The filter is replaced with the replacement of the hydraulic oil.
9, the hydraulic system of the oil filter and filter cleaning ventilation in every 500 working hours in gasoline, dry installation.
10, the triangle belt tensioning engine inspections (press with the thumb between the two pulleys, relaxation of sag is more than 10-15mm) for new machine 8 days later to check, then check once every 4 weeks.
11, for parts of the sliding shaft and things must be used for lubrication oil commonly used multipurpose lithium grease.
12, for paver drive chain, should be lubricated once a week, under normal working conditions using similar SAE lubricating oil viscosity of high quality oil.
13, use solvent cleaning drive chain once every month, and lubricate at the same time.
14, when the paver paving asphalt mixture, a day after the end of job should be still in mechanical working temperature and screw rotation under the condition of the cantilever material conveying device and screw the grease grease out until now.
15. The central drive box of the screw driver is continuously lubricated with oil instead of replacing the oil, but the internal contamination and the amount of oil should be regularly removed.
16, the driving gear box should check the gearbox every week whether there is oil leakage phenomenon, every two weeks to check gear box lubrication oil level, should be maintained between the highest and lowest. Initial work 500 hours and 2000 hours to replace, then every 2000 hours after the replacement or replacement of lubricating oil once a year.
