Assembly method
The hydraulic motor assembly is good or bad, will directly affect the working condition of the machine, especially the bronze plate hole seat assembly is difficult for plunger cylinder plunger hole, and it is easy to damage the sealing ring on the bronze plate, may eventually lead to a hydraulic motor can not work normally. To this end, the assembly sequence is reversed, with oil
1 bronze plate
2, and motor shell
3, according to the pre mark installed, upside down, and then loaded with plunger cylinder 5 and transmission shaft;
4, through the hole of the plunger cylinder is the green copper hole seat; this is easy to seal on it, and will not damage. Then the piston hole is installed in the assembled piston
5, the final installation of swashplate and lower cover, this method is safe and reliable, easy to operate, and convenient and practical.
Matters needing attention:
1. Positioning by mark;
2, the plate into and out of the oil distribution in the middle position of the mouth will be don't swash plate the highest and lowest point on both sides of the line;
3, the sealing ring must be intact, the opening of the piston ring should be staggered 180o;
4, before assembly, all parts should be painted with hydraulic oil;
5. The locking plate on the upper end of the hydraulic motor drive shaft should be locked.
Test method:
The excavator in the air cylinder of compressed air through the valve plate are respectively connected to the trachea of two oil port, at the drive shaft is flexible, there is no clamping stagnation.
