Excavator slow start what to do?

Flameout solenoid valve and starter do not work, will lead to excavator can not start:

1. flameout solenoid valve does not work in the key start switch to the starting position of the moment, should end electric quick suction coil flameout solenoid valve, the holding coil should be let go after the restoration of power input, while the fast suction coil without power; if the input is completely normal and the solenoid valve does not move, the damage of the electromagnetic valve; if the input is not normal soon, please check the corresponding suction and holding relay;

2. starter does not work: when the key start switch hits the starting position, the starting (R2) of the key switch should have power output. If there is no output, the key switch is damaged; the starting switch of the key switch is output to the starting compound relay to measure whether the starting compound relay has output or not. If there is no output two reasons: starting compound relay damage;

The neutral point signal of the 3. starting compound relay has the power supply voltage (check whether the input of the signal at the neutral point is short circuited with the power supply or the abnormal output at the midpoint of the starter). If the starting compound relay output is normal, then check whether the wiring connection of the starting compound relay to the starter is in good condition (measuring whether the starting line of the starter is voltage); if the above situation is completely normal, it can be judged that the starter can not work normally.

More than 4. of the judgment must be in the case of other conditions are completely normal, if the system voltage is too low will also cause the starter can not start.

When the key start switch to close the excavator cannot flameout position, please check the closed flameout solenoid valve to maintain the coil control line if there is power in the key, if not, then flameout solenoid valve is bad, replaced; if there is electricity, the key to open the measurement in the closed state of the ACC terminal is a voltage output (if a replacement key switch, key switch) if there is no voltage output, the system power switch is damaged, replace the power switch.
