Fault phenomenon

A large amount of brake fluid is leaked outside the booster, and the consumption of brake fluid is increased.

Reason analysis

According to the maintenance experience, the afterburner leakage brake fluid has the following possibilities: first, the liquid storage cup damage; two is the storage fluid cup and hydraulic total pump body seal ring between the damage; three is the push rod sealing ring damage.

The liquid storage cup is made of rigid plastic, after a long time easy to aging, and easy material from collision and cracks or fragmentation, resulting in brake fluid leakage; damage due to aging of rubber or maintenance without replacing the seal ring caused by the seal ring; push rod sealing ring is damaged, the brake fluid leakage into the first chamber 1, and then discharged the gas chamber through a respirator. Since the push rod ring is located in the center of the booster, it is relatively hidden, and it is not easy to be detected until the brake fluid leaks into the respirator.

Fault Countermeasures

The leakage of the booster is not easy to be detected. Only when a large number of brake fluid is leaked, the afterburner becomes wet or the performance of the whole engine drops. According to the specific failure phenomenon, according to the above reasons analysis, judge the fault position, replace the oil storage cup or replace the corresponding sealing ring, immediately remove the pressure leakage phenomenon of the booster, to prevent greater danger.
