Factors affecting pavement evenness and measures to be taken (1)      

The use of stalls paving paver, both paving asphalt concrete layer and stable layer, there will be many factors influencing the smoothness of the pavement, this paper combined with the construction experience are some main factors influencing pavement paving smoothness and produces, and proposed the measures should be taken.

First, the gradation of the mixture is inaccurate or unstable

Reason: the material itself gradation problem: mixing equipment performance, quality problems.

Measures：

(1) to strengthen the feed preparation, screening control and inspection; reduce or eliminate substandard raw materials entering.

(2) choose the mixing equipment with good quality and reliable performance (asphalt or stabilized soil) to ensure that the mixture of finished products is accurate, and the finished product has good gradation stability.

(3) when using more than 2 mixing equipment on the same construction section, the products made with the same specifications, the same type or the same enterprise should be used as much as possible.

(4) if the asphalt mixture, asphalt finished material should pay attention to the temperature control, and insulation measures should be taken according to the distance and the surrounding environment temperature.

(5) if the cement stabilized material is used, the moisture content of the finished product should be adjusted according to the environmental temperature, construction time, construction site and the loss of moisture in the transportation.
