2. Frequent parking or frequent parking of paver

Reasons: the paver itself has mechanical failure, lack of power, poor heat dissipation; improper construction process and process arrangement; matching of mixing equipment does not match.

Measures：

(1) with good internal quality, high reliability of paver. Special attention should be paid to the performance of the paver engine, hydraulic pump, valve, motor, reducer etc. are excellent. The hydraulic system with the best anti floating up climbing function.

(2) when the paver is working on the ramp or in the plateau, it is easy to stop due to insufficient power, such as skid, weakness or black smoke of the engine. Therefore, the parking cooling should be adopted. We should choose the radiator with larger area and better heat dissipation condition, and the hydraulic system should have auxiliary heat dissipation system.

(4) the main reasons for the downtime caused by the construction process are: low productivity of the mixing equipment, less transportation vehicles and too fast paving speed of the paver. Therefore, the productivity of mixing equipment should be improved, the transportation speed of finished mixture should be accelerated, and the construction speed of paver should be reduced properly, so as to avoid and reduce the downtime during paver construction.
