When the crane works normally, the gear pump and the hydraulic oil pipe emit "squeak" sound, when the engine is idle, the crane has no rotation action. After the oil pressure test, it can be concluded that the gear pump which is supplied to the rotating parts has been damaged, so that the pressure and flow can not meet the requirements of normal work, resulting in no rotation action. This situation can be judged by dismantling and checking, if the gear pump gear clearance is too large, you can take new measures to remove the pump to eliminate the fault.

The other is the damage of the double plunger pump. The main performance of this fault is this: crane without lifting, no amplitude action, and accompanied by a double plunger pump metal impact sound. In case of this situation, the double plunger pump can be disassembled and removed, and if the cylinder, plunger and slipper are damaged, a new pump can be replaced to remove the fault.
