1. Problem display: internal assembly error of oil pump causes internal leakage;

Elimination method: the unloading plate and sealing ring must be installed in the oil cavity, and the two axle sleeve can keep balance. The guide wire elasticity should be able to turn the upper and lower bushings towards the driven gear at a small angle, so that the main and driven gear two shaft sleeve processing plane close together;

The unloading groove on the axle sleeve must be installed on the side of the low pressure chamber, so as to eliminate the harmful closed volume when the gear meshing;

Before entering the self tightening oil seal, it should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil, but also pay attention to the edge of the oil to the front cover, can not be installed anti;

A small amount of hydraulic oil should be poured into the pump shell before installing the pump cover, and the meshing gear should be rotated by hand

2, problem display: "left" installed "right" oil pump, resulting in broken skeleton oil seal;

Exclusion method: "right hand" pump can not install "left" machine, otherwise it will break the skeleton oil seal;
