Fault analysis of hydraulic system of vibratory roller


Vibratory hydraulic oil hydraulic system does not meet the requirements of pressure and flow, the vibration system of oil supply shortage, the vibration motor will not change or speed is quite low, then the vibration wheel vibration or vibration is very weak. The main reasons for insufficient oil supply include the following aspects.

(1) the speed of the diesel engine is too low, and the flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump can not reach the set point. Check whether the throttle handle is in the correct position, and ask the professionals to overhaul the diesel engine to restore the normal speed of the diesel engine;

(2) the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are seriously worn out and the oil is leaking out. The main influencing factors are:

(a) hydraulic component size accuracy, manufacturing process and material selection do not meet the requirements, resulting in early wear.

(b) system in mechanical wear matter the plunger and the plunger hole, slipper and swash plate, valve plate and cylinder end three friction pairs of early wear. At this time, the mechanical wear and impurities in the hydraulic system can be eliminated by using an extracorporeal circulation device, and early wear can be eliminated.

(c) improper use. Maintenance personnel in the pump or motor repair, often forget to refuel the shell, friction pairs in the absence of lubricating oil running, will lead to pumps and motors in a short period of time serious wear and tear, resulting in internal leakage. In this note, the vast number of maintenance personnel pay attention to the shell refueling, so as not to cause unnecessary losses.

(3) valves, joints and other hydraulic accessories failure, mainly in:

(a) vibration valve is damaged or blocked; the vibration valve is damaged, resulting in swashplate deflection, vibration pump displacement is zero, no flow output, the motor in the absence of pressure oil does not rotate, nor vibration.

(b) pressure shut-off valve damage; pressure shut-off valve premature opening of the swash plate control loop pressure, swash plate back to zero, the system pressure is not up to the requirements, the vibration system of hydraulic oil pressure is too low, no vibration motor rotating speed is too low.

(c) overflow valve damage: overflow valve opening pressure relief early, the system pressure can not reach the set point; vibration system because the oil pressure is too low, the vibration motor is not rotating or rotating speed is too low.

(d) at the joint, O ring damage, resulting in poor sealing; hose between the vibration due to friction, damage; fast replacement joints are not screwed in place, the oil can not be conducted.

The hydraulic components are out of order and should be replaced by professional personnel. If necessary, the damaged parts should be replaced to ensure the normal operation of equipment. If the hydraulic oil filter precision level is relatively low or damaged in the oil filter, mechanical wear and other impurities can not be effectively filtered, resulting in blockage or other hydraulic components of early wear, should be cleaning the hydraulic system for hydraulic oil filter clean and high precision.
