From the ideal fabric, the super 1800-2L spreader ensures the proper material level in front of the screed in any condition. Both sides of the tube plate and mixer are strong hydraulic independent drive, to ensure the output of up to 700t/h.
1, scraper conveyor and auger are proportional control, and continuous monitoring. Thus, always ensure the material required in front of the screed.
2. The height of the whole stirring channel, including the bearing box and the block plate, can be stepless adjusted on the full width, with a range of 14cm. Therefore, even in thin layer spreading, the front of the screed also has an ideal fabric effect.
3, large diameter auger (420mm), even in large width paving, also has ideal fabric effect.
4, it is convenient for longitudinal increase of the Dragon channel, even if the large thickness of paving, but also to ensure the ideal flow of paving materials.
