The HMG2020 tester, launched by HYDARC, is a portable tester for dynamic testing of hydraulic system pressure. The instrument is equipped with resistance strain type pressure sensor, it can easily be measured hydraulic system pressure sensor access. The pressure data collected from the field can be transmitted to the computer by the day of the connection. With the support of special software, data can be edited, collated and analyzed.
The system has two pressure sensors, which can collect two pressure data at the same time, which is helpful for the analysis of the relationship between the pressure of two measuring points.
The portable dynamic pressure tester can be used to detect the dynamic change of the pressure of the system on the site of a different fault source point, and is suitable for routine inspection.
Application example of hydraulic fault diagnosis of 2. coiler
A hydraulic coiler roller hydraulic system to realize step control by Rexroth 4WSE3EE25 three stage servo valve. After the servo valve has been running for a period of time, the phenomenon of severe jitter often occurs. Figure 6-20 and figure 6-21 are the dynamic curves of the system pressure measured by the HMG2020 monitor. The two diagram shows that the pressure of the same measuring point in the fault state is larger than normal, and the vibration is sinusoidal. It is considered that the system is continuously compensated due to the zero drift of the servo valve and the zero leakage. After the servo valve is replaced, the system is restored to normal, indicating that the test and judgment are correct.
