How should the RP952 asphalt concrete paver be stored?

1) paver should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse, otherwise, sun, rain, moisture and corrosion prevention measures should be adopted.

2) the paver shall be carefully examined before its long-term storage, including its protection, handling, sealing and the integrity of the parts.

4) all the adjusting holes, oil holes, intake and exhaust holes of the paver are tightly sealed by cap, plug or other methods.

5) the battery should be broken, the concentration of electrolyte and the height of the liquid surface shall comply with the requirements of the manufacturer. When the paver is stored for more than two months, the battery should be removed and stored in a special warehouse.

6) the fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant and water of the paver shall be discharged as required when stored for more than one year.

7) when the paver is stored for more than a month, remove the liquefied gas tank from the paver and place it in a safe place.

8) when the paver is parked for a long time, the storage shall be checked regularly, and the intervals shall be checked. Please follow the following rules:

When the weather is warm, A. is checked every six months;

B. is checked every three months in hot, cold, and coastal areas.
