1. Replacement of filter elements of single barrel prefilter:

A. closes the oil inlet ball valve and opens the upper cover. (the upper Aluminum Alloy type cap with a flat screwdriver from the side of the notch gently pry);

B. unscrew the outlet and stop the dirty oil;

C loosen the fastening nut at the upper end of the filter. The operator wears the oil proof glove and holds the filter element. The old filter is taken up vertically;

D. replace the new filter, pad the upper sealing ring (bottom with its own gasket), tighten the nut;

E. tighten the sewage inlet plug, cover cover (note pad ring), good fastening bolt.

The replacement of 2, double barrel parallel pre filter element:

A. closes the inlet valve which needs to replace the filter on the side of the filter core, closes the oil outlet valve in a few minutes, then screws the lower end cover bolt, and opens the end cover;

B. opens the blowdown valve, completely eliminates the dirty oil, prevents the replacement filter element, the dirty oil enters the oil cavity; C. will filter the upper end fastening nut to loosen, the operator wears the anti oil glove to hold tightly the filter element, vertical upward takes the old filter element;

C. replace the new filter, pad the upper sealing ring (bottom with its own gasket), tighten the nut;

D. close the drain valve, cover the upper cover (pay attention to the gasket ring), fasten the bolt tightly.

E. first open the inlet valve, and then open the exhaust valve, when the exhaust valve out of the oil immediately shut off the exhaust valve, and then open the oil valve can be; and then the same way to operate the other side of the filter.
