How to diagnose the fault of hydraulic pump

The 2 loading and unloading bridges are equipped with a set of identical hydraulic stations, the grab and hoist of the loading and unloading bridge, the clamp brake of the girder and the traction trolley, and the large rail clamping device, etc., provide power for the hydraulic station.

Since June 1999, it has been found that the phenomenon that the brake can not be opened often occurs in No. 1 loading and unloading bridge, which has a great impact on the operation of the equipment. After inspection, mechanical brake parts without blocking phenomenon, flexible action; hydraulic pump working oil temperature is 75c, and the normal work of the highest temperature should be lower than 65C. doubt oil does not meet the requirements or the damage of the electromagnetic valve, but the oil test found no problem; and cleaning the hydraulic pump station and replace the solenoid valve, but the fault there are still. The hydraulic system of several solenoid valve 12 are arranged in the same electromagnetic valve block 8, it is difficult to measure because of high temperature of the solenoid valve, and the work site and no hydraulic calibration equipment, bring inconvenience to the repair work. We have adopted the following test methods:

(1) on the 1 Loading Bridge Pumping Station test. The working mechanism of hydraulic pump idling stop action, 2h, during the test image of infrared thermometer in 1 oil tank 1, an inlet of the hydraulic pump (2 oil filter), hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump body 3 return pipe 4, the pump outlet (oil filter 6) and electromagnetic valve block at the temperature of 8 L, record and draw the curve of temperature rising. In the No. 2 loading and unloading pump station without failure, the same test 2H was carried out according to the test form of unit 1, and the temperature rise curve was drawn.

(2) compared with the 2 test temperature curve, found No. 1 hydraulic system oil temperature rise speed significantly faster than 2 machine, and 2h after 1 Rengxian oil temperature rise, and the No. 2 machine tends to be gentle.
