1, the tower crane should pay attention to the change of noise and the change of resistance moment in the use of tower crane. If there is abnormal phenomenon, it should be disassembled and checked.

2, when tightening the nut, the bolt thread and nut surface should be coated with lubricating oil, and should be torque wrench in the circumferential direction symmetrical, uniform and multiple tightening. At the last tightening, the preload torque on each bolt should be approximately uniform.

3. The mounting support of slewing bearing (the lower part of the supporting ring ring and the element on the upper surface of the inner ring) must have enough rigidity and the mounting surface should be smooth. The bearing should be removed before assembling the slewing bearing so as to reduce the deformation of slewing bearing. The contact surfaces of bearings and slewing bearings must be cleaned during assembly.

4, slewing bearing must be horizontal lifting or storage, not vertical lifting or storage, so as not to deform.

5, tooth surface work 10 shifts should be cleared once debris, and re coated with grease.

6, in order to ensure the reliability of the bolt work, to avoid the lack of bolt preload, the first 100 hours and 500 hours after the slewing bearing should be checked respectively bolt preload torque. The preload torque should be checked once every 1000 hours thereafter.

In 7, fully tighten the bolts before, should check the gear meshing, the meshing condition should be consistent with the requirements of gear accuracy: contact spot distribution gear pair in slight brake operation on the tooth surface in the vertical direction on the tooth is not less than 25%, the tooth length direction is not less than 30%.

8. The bolts and nuts connected to the slewing bearing are all high strength bolts and nuts. Double nut fastening and anti loosening are adopted.
