How to prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic pump

In the use of hydraulic pump, in addition to prevent the invasion of gas and liquid, but also pay attention to the entry of solid impurities, solid impurities on the impact of the hydraulic system is not less than the impact of gas and liquid.

Clean hydraulic oil is the life of hydraulic system. There are many precision couplings in hydraulic system, some of them have damping holes, some have gaps, etc.. If solid impurities invade, it will result in the damage of the precision couple, the hairpin, the blockage of the oil path, etc., and endanger the safe operation of the hydraulic system. The general solid impurities intrusion into the hydraulic system are: hydraulic oil is not clean; refueling tools unclean; refueling and maintenance, maintenance careless; hydraulic components desquamation.

In order to effectively prevent fixed impurities into the hydraulic system, we should do the following aspects:

1, maintenance

Remove the hydraulic tank fuel cover, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic tubing and other parts, causing the system oil road exposed to avoid dust, the dismantling parts should be thoroughly cleaned before opening. If you remove the hydraulic tank cover, first remove the soil around the tank cover, loosen the oil tank cover, remove residual in the joint parts of the debris (not flush with water, so as not to water into the tank), to confirm the cleaning can open the fuel tank cover. If wiping materials and hammers are needed, the cleaning material that does not remove the fiber impurities and the special hammer for sticking the rubber on the impact surface should be selected. Hydraulic components, hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and dried by high pressure air. Selection of intact packaging elements (internal packaging damage, although the filter is intact, may also be unclean). When the oil is changed, the filter is cleaned at the same time. The wiping material is used to clean the bottom dirt in the filter shell before the filter element is installed.

2, refueling

The hydraulic oil must be filtered and filled, and the refueling tools should be cleaned reliably. You can't remove the filter at the fuel filler in order to increase the speed of fueling. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and overalls, in order to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities into the oil.

3, cleaning

Cleaning oil must use the same hydraulic oil as that used in the system, the oil temperature is between 45~80 degrees, and take away the impurities in the system as large as possible. The hydraulic system should be cleaned more than three times. After each cleaning, the system will be released when the oil is hot. After cleaning, wash the filter, replace the new filter, add new oil.
