1. When the crane is running, the road must be level, solid and reliable, and the parking place must be flat. What stops the ground soil to be strong, not strong to consolidate and reinforce. When necessary, the crane walking part laying sleeper and roadbed box or thick steel rail;

2. The slings and rings of lashing components should be strictly calculated. The lifting tools should be regularly checked and regularly checked to replace the damaged ones. The correct and reliable binding method is to prevent the sling from breaking or slipping off the component so that the crane suddenly loses weight and turns over;

3, while the large vertical component, must identify the weight and reliable banding. The weight is unknown, binding is not strong component, not lifting, to prevent crane arm broken;

Crane is strictly prohibited to overload hoisting, so as not to speed up the wear of machinery parts and cause the crane to overturn;

5, crane should avoid full load running at full load or near full load, no simultaneously lifting and rotary (lifting and horizontal movement or lifting and walking) two kinds of action, so as to avoid uneven roads or inertia force and other reasons, caused by crane overload, and stuffed into a rollover accident. If the component must be used for short distance driving, the component should be transferred to the front of the crane, the component lifted from the ground height is not more than 50cm, the rope should be pulled off to prevent the swing, and the car should be driven slowly;

6, when two hoisting machinery work at the same time, the two machine hook hanging components should maintain more than 5 meters safety distance, avoid collision accident;

7, in the hoisting process, such as power outages or mechanical failures and other reasons to interrupt the operation, must take measures to deal with, not long lift up and hanging in a suspended state;

8, when lifting, should be specifically responsible for the unified command. The conductor should be in the position where the operator can see the vision, and clearly see the whole process of lifting. The crane driver must be familiar with the signal and operate according to the various signals of the commanding officer, comply with the on-site procedures, obey orders, listen to the conductor, and shall not leave the post without authorization. The command signal should be unified signal to clear and accurate.
