Valve block

Valve block refers to the transition block which is used as the partition, collection and conversion of the oil circuit, or the base block used to install the plate, plug-in and other valves. The valve block has an external interface and a flow passage connecting the external interfaces or valves, and each channel realizes the correct communication according to the designed principle.

design requirement

1. high reliability, ensure no channeling between the oil;

2. compact structure, small space occupation;

3. the oil circuit is simple and the pressure loss is small;

4. easy to process, less auxiliary process hole;

5. easy to arrange pipes;

6. each control valve is easy to adjust and operate.

Design steps

1. according to the arrangement of the valve block in the system and the layout of the pipeline, the relative position of the external oil port on the valve block is determined, and the joint specification is determined according to the flow;

2. according to the valve group working principle, system layout, the characteristics of the valve itself and maintenance performance, determine the installation position of each control valve on the valve block;

3. design and repeatedly optimize the flow path between the external interface and valve, so that the flow channel according to the principle of design to achieve correct and reasonable communication.
