Installation and steps of hydraulic servo system
Electro hydraulic servo system is composed of electro-hydraulic servo valve, analog command signal source, servo amplifier (including adder), hydraulic actuator and feedback sensor. The output of the actuator is measured continuously by the feedback sensor and compared with the instruction input signal. The difference between the two is that the error signal is amplified by the amplifier, the signal is added to the servo valve, so that the actuator produces corrective action, so that the output signal of the driving load is consistent with the requirements of the command signal.
The hydraulic servo system has the advantages of large output power, quick reaction speed and good controllability and controllability of the electric drive. Therefore, the electro-hydraulic servo system is widely used in control accuracy, response speed and flexibility of the occasion, such as industrial robots, spinning machine, strip deviation control, constant volume hydraulic machine, bending machine synchronous control, vibration test machine, fatigue testing machine, rock (soil) by three axis flight simulator, instrument, electric arc steelmaking the constant power control of furnace, hydraulic mill, radar target tracking, automatic gun pointing and landing gear of aircraft antiskid braking etc..
The design steps of electro-hydraulic servo system are different for each design project, and the methods and steps of dealing with problems are also different. Even if dealing with the same problem, the steps will not be single direction, there will inevitably be cross repeated. The following is just a broad line of thinking and basic steps.
The basic steps of electro-hydraulic servo system are as follows:
Clarify design requirements;
2. draw up the design scheme;
3 for load matching;
4. servo amplifier selected for electrohydraulic servo valve;
5. design hydraulic servo cylinder;
6. design hydraulic pumping station;
7. analyzing system performance;
8. make the necessary compensation;
9. debugging the system;
10. technical summary.
