Introduction of hydraulic tensioning automatic control system
Tensioning device is the key equipment that affects the working performance and efficiency of belt conveyor. At present, the hydraulic automatic tensioning device is widely used in industrial production. Electro hydraulic servo system is a kind of typical unknown uncertain nonlinear system. The system has the characteristics of large disturbance, wide working range, time-varying parameters and difficult to accurately model. In order to ensure the optimal working condition of belt conveyor, the tensioning device can automatically according to the requirements of different operating states of the tape to respond quickly, ensuring the performance of the conveyor belt conveyor, improve production efficiency, and reduce the phenomenon of vibration tape, prolong the service life of the tape, reduce the failure rate, this paper uses the sliding mode variable structure control method and the fuzzy control theory, a design based on automatic tensioning system of hydraulic servo control.
The performance of inserting fuzzy logic in the design of sliding mode control switching surface, the robustness of sliding mode control to make the system insensitive to load variation and external disturbance, the fuzzy logic controller can be simplified, reduce the chattering phenomenon of sliding mode variable structure. Start of belt conveyor, control solenoid valve left, start the motor car left to increase oil supply, tension tension and tension sensor according to the real-time monitoring of the tension value, fuzzy variable structure control system is required to quickly make tension force value to tape starts, then start belt conveyor start work. After the start, when the speed sensor detects the tape to achieve normal working speed, electromagnetic valve control right, reduce the tension of the belt tension force, rapid response, until it reaches the normal work of the standard tension conveyor to normal transport; transport control solenoid valve with steady work, the basic tension belt to maintain the normal work; appear tension is too large or too small during normal operation (in acceptable range), control solenoid valve, decrease or increase tension, to ensure the normal work of the conveyor.
