(1) decomposition method

(2) assembly method

The hydraulic motor assembly is good or bad, will directly affect the working condition of the machine, especially the bronze plate hole seat assembly is difficult for plunger cylinder plunger hole, and it is easy to damage the sealing ring on the bronze plate, may eventually lead to a hydraulic motor can not work normally. To this end, the assembly sequence is reversed, with oil, 1 bronze disc 2 and 3 motor housing according to the mark up, upside down and then loaded on the plunger cylinder 5 and a drive shaft 4 through hole of the plunger cylinder is the green copper hole seat; such is easy on it, and will not damage bad sealing ring. Then the piston hole is installed in the good combination of the plunger 6, the final installation of the swash plate 7 and a lower cover 8. which is safe and reliable, simple operation and convenient and practical.

Matters needing attention：

Loading and positioning by mark. The plate into and out of the oil distribution in the middle position of the mouth will be don't swash plate the highest and lowest point on both sides of the line. The sealing ring must be in good condition. The opening of the piston ring should be staggered. 180o.. All the parts should be painted with hydraulic oil before assembly. The locking plate at the upper end of the drive shaft of the hydraulic motor should be locked.

(3) inspection method
