Recently, the 12 shale gas wells fracturing test in Sichuan Fushun block Shell fackflowwastewatertreatment work has basically ended, this is the first time the transportation, storage, filtration, reuse of integrated service mode, the realization of shale gas fracturing fackflow processing, also provides an important reference template for the subsequent China shale gas development and environmental protection.

It is reported that Shell began to implement the project since the end of May 2013, and invited the only domestic professional oil environmental qualified Jerry group to participate in the processing operations, until the end of June. After the completion of fracturing, fracturing fluid in shale gas well drained out of the tank back to the storage tank through the processing, and electric flocculation and magnetic separation, the fracturing fluid allocation process in the treatment of the base, and after fracturing fluid treatment can be transported to the site again repeated use. This mode of operation is not only to realize back reuse, drainage water consumption and fracturing greatly reduces the cost of operation, more fundamentally eliminate the fracturing fluid pollution risk to the environment, to ensure that the green development of shale gas.

In the processing base, Jerry group design, installation, construction of 7 mobile combined type storage tank, each tank height of 2.5 meters, 30 meters in diameter, the total storage capacity of 10000 cubic meters, the tank and the tank ground laying HDPE geomembrane, prevent fracturing wastewater in the process for the environment pollution. Since June 26, 2013 the first batch of fracturing fackflowwastewatertreatment so far, Jerry group has successfully completed 12 wells security tasks, the cumulative treatment of fracturing fluid transport 41607 cubic meters, 2254 trips, the total transportation volume of 67533 cubic meters.

With the rising upsurge of domestic commercial development of shale gas, various environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, oilfield waste disposal methods of the Shell social responsibility, undoubtedly indicates a new direction for the commercial development of shale gas Chinese.
