1. just started, they blew the gas

Therefore, after loader start, should be stable low speed (about 500~700 R / min) operation, strictly forbid to blow the accelerator.
2. stop with load or stop immediately after operation
The loader will stop immediately after load stop or operation. The cooling system will stop working immediately and the heat dissipation capacity will decrease sharply. A large amount of heat generated by the work is accumulated near the heat source and can not be circulated in time. The cooling water of the heating parts of the cylinder head, cylinder liner and cylinder block is boiled, and the parts are overheated and ablated at high temperature. At the same time, it will cause deterioration of the oil on the surface of the engine, which will lead to difficulties in starting the next time. 3. directly supplement cooling water during operation
Lack of cooling water will result in water shortage and overheating of diesel engine. The cooling water of diesel engine directly under the condition of high temperature, the cooling system of the moment will have a big difference, so that the cylinder head, cylinder liner, cylinder and other brittle crack, crack, gradually cooling water leakage, resulting in leakage and leakage. Therefore, when the diesel engine temperature is too high, should be slightly higher speed no-load operation, until the water temperature dropped to about 50 degrees Celsius, and then flameout, unscrew the radiator cover, exhaust steam, slowly into the cooling water.
