Fault phenomenon:
The main leakage fault of booster is the reaction delay of running brake and the longer braking distance.
Check analysis:
The booster can be divided into two parts, the air chamber and the hydraulic total pump. Therefore, there are two possible leaks in the afterburner: leakage in the air chamber and leakage in the hydraulic master pump. In determining which part of the leakage is not sure, the booster shall be tested without disassembly. Detection methods are as follows:
Remove the oil pipe at the oil outlet B of the booster. Connect a hydraulic meter (0~25MPa, accuracy is not lower than 0.4) at the oil outlet. Connect a barometer at the intake port A. Depress the air brake valve pedal and observe the pressure value of the barometer and the hydraulic gauge of the oil outlet. If the hydraulic pressure gauge and pressure gauge pressure ratio reaches a predetermined pressure ratio of 90%, that performance booster is normal; if the hydraulic pressure gauge and pressure gauge pressure ratio is less than the specified pressure ratio of 90%, indicating performance booster attenuation. If the pressure gauge and the hydraulic pressure gauge synchronous drop, that the gas chamber leak; if the pressure gauge value drops, hydraulic pressure value drops, indicating the afterburner hydraulic cavity oil leakage (hydraulic total pump leakage).
Reason analysis
According to the maintenance experience, the reasons for the leakage of the air chamber include: 1) damage to the piston ring of the air chamber; 2) lack of grease on the piston ring of the air chamber. The gas chamber piston ring damage usually with the gas chamber and gas chamber into the inner wall rust, iron and sediment; gas chamber piston seal on the lack of grease will cause gas chamber air tightness becomes poor, even completely lose tightness.
The oil leak in the hydraulic chamber is usually caused by the damage to the large and small leather bowls. Large and small leather bowl in addition to aging, the normal use of the damage reason, join the brand (without the consent of the brake fluid brake fluid model factory joined the wheel loader for HZY3 synthetic brake fluid), will lead to large and small leather rapidly aging.
Fault countermeasures:
The leakage of the booster can be detected periodically without disassembly. According to the test result, the fault can be eliminated properly.
In addition, the brake fluid line should be cleaned regularly and exhaust.
