Hydraulic pump is mainly composed of 6 parts, hydraulic transmission is one of them, the composition of the hydraulic drive is more rigorous, and has a certain working characteristics.
Hydraulic transmission characteristics:
The working medium is liquid; because the liquid has no fixed shape, it has definite volume; this kind of transmission needs to be carried out in the airtight container (cylinder and tube); the liquid can only bear the pressure and can not be subjected to other forces. In a word, hydraulic transmission (hydrostatic transmission) is a kind of transmission mode which is driven by the hydrostatic pressure in the closed vessel.
Hydraulic system generally consists of four parts:
Control part. Energy control devices, such as pressure valves, flow and directional valves, etc., they can control and regulate the pressure, flow (speed) and direction of the liquid, to meet the requirements of the work of the machine, to achieve a variety of different work cycles.
Power part. An energy input device, such as an oil pump, transfers mechanical energy to the liquid and converts it to the pressure energy of the liquid.
Auxiliary device. It includes fuel tank, oil pipe, pipe joint, accumulator, cooler, oil filter and various indicating instruments.
Work part. The energy output device, such as an oil pump, an electric motor and an oil cylinder, can convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy and transport it to the working mechanism.
