(3) clutch manipulation is laborious
Most of the clutch booster hydraulic pump wear too much, the internal leakage is serious; or hydraulic pump into the tubing leak, resulting in hydraulic booster pressure reduction, unable to give full play to its role.
Treatment method:
Repair or replace the hydraulic pump, repair the hydraulic pump into the tubing leak position, so that the hydraulic pump can supply sufficient pressure and flow of booster oil.
(4) fault of transmission parts
The clutch engagement, when there are several transmission parts is not easy to appear the fault has been noticed: the external drive connection pin, pin holes due to wear and loose; operating fork locking screw loosening; manipulation fork and the shaft of the key Songkuang due to wear.
Treatment methods: change or repair as conditions change.
(5) the clutch is separated and combined normally, and the impact gear of the gear is changed when shifting
The reason is that when the clutch is separated, its output shaft can not be braked, that is, the output shaft brake failure.
Handling method: check and adjust the clearance between brake belt and clutch power output shaft disk. If the oil pollution is not valid, the parts should be replaced.
