So when the vibration pressure measured up to the peak, and fill oil pressure drop, vehicle resonance, for motor damage, so when the vibration wheel is fixed, a connecting shaft sleeve of motor and the vibration wheel of the eccentric shaft damage. When the vibration pressure reaches the peak value, and the pressure does not drop, the vibration wheel does not work, then the eccentric shaft of the vibration wheel is killed.

If the pressure is normal, check the vibration pump solenoid valve is intact, while the vibration pump two high pressure port closed, and install 0-600kg pressure gauge, open vibration, at this time measured peak pressure of 350-420kg, and the oil pressure does not drop to normal. The peak pressure and oil filling pressure are measured repeatedly when the vibration is connected to the motor oil path, and the peak pressure reaches the peak at an instant, and the pressure decreases with the increase of the speed of the driving wheel, and keeps stable, and the oil filling pressure does not decrease to normal.
