Purpose of adjustment of burner used in asphalt mixing plant       

The burner is provided thermal parts heat for drying, sand and gravel asphalt mixing and heating equipment, temperature control precision, economy, emissions and other important indicators of the use effect is directly related to the operation of the whole equipment. As a key component of mixing equipment, burner using adjustment is an important and complicated work.

Excess air coefficient is an important index to measure the design performance of burners, and the ideal burner value is between 1.15~1.2.
