1. the brake of each mechanism should be checked and adjusted regularly, and the clearance between brake shoe and brake wheel should be adjusted to ensure the flexibility and reliability. In the friction surface, there should not be any dirt, dirt must use gasoline or thinner wash.

2., we should pay attention to check whether there are broken wires and loose strands in each department. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be renewed immediately.

3. often check the normal operation of the institutions, whether there is noise, if found fault, must be promptly ruled out.

4. check all wires and cables regularly for damage. Bandage and replace the damaged part in time.

5. reducer, gearbox, external gear and other parts of the lubrication and hydraulic oil are in accordance with the requirements of the lubrication table.

6. often check the connection of each department, if it is loose, should be tightened. The bolts should be in the body under pressure tightness (inspection method can be used to cause the compression of the rotating arm), a little shaft all connections must have openings, and need to fully open.

7. each part of the brush, the contact surface to be clean, adjust the brush pressure, so that its contact area is not less than 50%.

8. when installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism, attention should be paid to ensure that the center line of the gear reducer is parallel to the gear center line, the meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance should be suitable.

9. the control box, distribution box and other often keep clean, timely cleaning dust on the electrical equipment. When the motor is overheated, it should stop in time and continue running after troubleshooting. The motor bearing lubrication should be good.
