Reasons for the failure of the walking device of bridge inspection vehicle

1, check the hydraulic oil quantity, quality and system of oil filter

After inspection, the quantity of hydraulic oil meets the requirements and the quality is good, but there are a few small metal scraps and small metal particles in the oil filter. Fine metal scraps should be caused by the normal wear of the hydraulic system, while the fine metal particles indicate that the hydraulic components are damaged in the hydraulic system.

2. Random load test

Respectively dynamic load test mainframe and vice. After examination, the maximum pressure of the system is only 10~15MPa (the theoretical working pressure should be no less than 25MPa). The gear pump driven by the main engine and the auxiliary gear is no noise at work, the noise is very low, indicating that the gear pump does not exist problems.

3, analyze the hydraulic system pressure is not enough. "

(1) check the pressure overload valve

After the breakup, cleaning and inspection, found no hidden trouble.

(2) check the solenoid valve

After inspection, all solenoid valves have operating signals in operation, indicating that the solenoid valve coil is not fault. But the driver's feedback information, disintegration cleaning inspection solenoid valve found, there is a foreign body in the valve oil lane. After cleaning, found 3 2~4mm metal particles, it is these particles lead to the valve core is stuck in the valve body, causing system leakage, affecting the system pressure.

(3) adjust the system pressure

After repairing the pulling part of the solenoid valve core, the solenoid valve is installed. By adjusting the pressure overload valve, the system pressure can be restored to the theoretical working pressure value 25MPa.

(4) find the root of the fault

Check analysis, fault source only in walking hydraulic motor. Found the disassembly inspection walking hydraulic motor, the center shaft driving hydraulic motors have been broken.

Treatment method: replace the walking hydraulic motor; clean the hydraulic tank and pipeline; add hydraulic oil according to the regulations; replace the oil filter. Later, the test machine shows that the equipment back to normal.
