(1) crane attached to the building, the anchoring force strength should meet the requirements of the design of the crane. The layout, spacing and attachment distance of attachment bars shall be carried out according to the instructions for use in the factory. When changing, it should be designed separately.

(2) the attachment frame and attachment bar shall be installed. The verticality of tower body shall be measured by theodolite, and the attachment bar shall be adjusted. The allowable deviation of verticality is 2/1000 below the maximum anchorage point.

(3) in the framework of attachment and attachment bearing arrangement, attached rod tilt angle of not more than 10 degrees.

(4) attachment frame should be set connected at the tower section, hoop tower. The tower should be strengthened without diagonal bracing.

(5) the tower top connected to the specified high anchor space, should be promptly added with the building of the anchoring device. The towers rise to a height of free end height of the anchorage device shall comply with the provisions of the factory.

(6) in the process of crane operation, the anchor device should be checked frequently. When the looseness or abnormal situation is found, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the fault can not be continued.

(7) remove the crane, with landing tower anchoring device corresponding disassembly process. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle anchor device before falling tower.

(8) in 6 and above the wind, never install or remove anchor device.

(9) the installation, disassembly, inspection and adjustment of the anchoring device shall be carried out by the special person. The safety belt and safety helmet shall be used in the work, and the safety operation regulations shall be followed.

(10) when the track crane is used as attachment, the bearing capacity of the track foundation and the power supply of the walking mechanism should be improved, and the bearing which is used to block the moving wheel should be set up.
