Requirements of ideal paving for Subgrade and base       

1, the subgrade should be level, stable and perfect compaction, so that paving asphalt material in the paving thickness to maintain a consistent load bearing force for a long time.

2, the bottom should be fully consistent with the official support load capacity, flatness, slope and other requirements in accordance with the construction procedures.

3, when paving asphalt on the composite base, the same requirements as in the non grass-roots level, stable and tight. If the bottom is very uneven, the necessary elevation adjustment should be carried out before paving.

4, it is very important to check the supporting rod, drainage ditch or manhole cover before paving, so as to avoid the obstacles to paving and ensure that the pavement is still visible after paving.

5. Subgrade should be cleaned before paving or cleaned by high-pressure air or high pressure water gun to ensure good bonding between subgrade and paving layer.

6, the roadbed surface should be sprayed modified emulsified asphalt or asphalt coating, in order to ensure the bond between the paving layer and the roadbed.
