During the manufacturing process of the reducer, the casting does not undergo annealing or aging treatment, and the internal stress is not eliminated. The deformation must occur and the gap will occur, leading to leakage;
There is no oil return tank on the box, the lubricating oil accumulates in the shaft seal, the end cover, the joint surface and so on. Under the action of pressure difference, the oil leaks out from the gap;
The structural design of shaft seal is unreasonable. In the early speed reducer, the oil groove and felt ring type shaft seal structure were adopted. When the assembly was made, the felt was compressed to produce deformation, and the joint surface gap was sealed. If the contact between the shaft neck and the seal is not ideal, the seal will fail in a short time due to poor compensation performance of the felt. Although there is oil return hole in oil groove, it is easy to block and oil recovery is difficult to play.
(3) control the amount of fuel: Reducer in the operation process, the oil pool is stirred very seriously, lubricating oil splashing everywhere in the machine, if the amount of fuel is too much, so that a large number of lubricating oil accumulation in the shaft seal, joint surface and so on, leading to leakage.
(4) the standard maintenance process: when the equipment is repaired, because the dirt on the joint surface is not completely cleaned, or the improper selection of sealant, the direction of sealing installation and the timely replacement of seals will also cause oil leakage.
