Before digging, the bucket should be turned upside down so that the mouth of the bucket is facing the ground, leaving the front wheel slightly off the ground, stepping down and locking the brake pedal, and then extending the outrigger to make the rear wheel leave the ground and maintain the horizontal position.

2. If the arm drops in the middle, such as sudden braking, the impact force caused by inertia will damage the excavating device and destroy the stability of the machine, resulting in overturning accident. During the operation, the handle should be smooth, not sharp move; boom down when shall not brake. No high speed files should be used during mining. Rotary should be smooth, not for side impact and tamp trench. The back end of the movable arm cushion should be kept intact; if damaged, should be repaired before use. When shifting, the excavating device should be in the middle transportation state, and the outrigger can be retracted and the lifting arm can be carried out before the lifting device is lifted.

3. Before loading, the slewing mechanism of the excavating device should be placed in the middle position and fixed with a draw plate. Low speed gears should be used during loading. Bucket lift arm in the lift, should not use floating position valve. The distribution valve hydraulic control system is divided into four valves of the four valve and valve control, four leg, lifting arm and bucket, for the leg stretching and loading operation; after the operation, the four valve rotary bucket, boom and bucket handle, used for rotary and mining operations. Mechanical performance and hydraulic system capacity are not allowed, and it is impossible to carry out loading and mining operations simultaneously.

When the hydraulic piston rod of bucket and bucket handle is fully extended, the bucket can move closer to the boom, and the excavating device is in the shortest state, which is good for driving. When running, the leg should be fully recovered, the digging device should be firmly fixed, the loading device should be put low, the bucket and bucket hydraulic piston rod should be fully extended position.

6, the wheel tractor refitted into backhoe loader, the machine weight increased a lot, in order to reduce the tire in heavy load damage, parking when the rear wheel off the ground measures. When the parking time is over, the outrigger should be supported so that the rear wheels leave the ground; when the parking time is over, the rear wheel should be removed from the ground, and the rear suspension should be supported by cushion blocks.
