The main functions of the hydraulic tank in the hydraulic system are oil storage, heat dissipation, separation of the air contained in the oil and elimination of the foam. How many points should be taken into consideration when choosing a fuel tank?:

2, second, consider the fuel tank oil level, when the hydraulic cylinder extends out of the system, the oil tank surface shall not be below the minimum oil level, when the oil cylinder retracts, the oil surface shall not exceed the highest oil level;
3, the final consideration of the fuel tank structure, the traditional fuel tank in the separator can not play the role of sediment, should be along the vertical axis of the tank installed a vertical clapboard. The gap between one end of the separator and the end plate of the fuel tank makes the two sides of the clapboard space connected, and the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump are arranged on the two sides of the non connecting end of the clapboard, so that the distance between the oil inlet and the oil return is the farthest, and the hydraulic oil tank has more heat dissipation effect.
