SEM Machinery held 2016 SEM Machinery brand media day  

The morning of September 2nd, held the 2016 Shandong SEM Machinery machinery brand media day in Beijing Caterpillar building, the meeting successfully released a new logo, and joined Caterpillar elements.

Shandong Shangong Machinery Co. Ltd is a manufacturing company brand China SEM Machinery wheel loader, has 50 years of history, in 2008 became a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar. In 2014, the company changed its name to Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Co., Ltd., and continue to produce Shangong machinery brand products. As one of the Caterpillar strategic utility product brand has its own brand, Shangong machinery brand proposition, sales channels, marketing strategy and product support.

Compact, small and medium-sized brands SEM Machinery wheeled machine, 18 practical customers to 22 tons roller, middle graders, crawler bulldozer and landfill compactors mainly for domestic Chinese and some growth in the international market. All products meet or exceed the local quality and reliability requirements of the industry, mainly focusing on the initial purchase cost (rather than the long-term total cost of ownership) customers.

In China, these machines are sold through 60 SEM Machinery brand agents by the local entrepreneurs owned and operated. In foreign markets, products from the main channel of the Cat brand Shangong machinery specialized sales agents, the agents is different from traditional Cat agents, independent operations and identification. The main export markets include Africa, the Asia Pacific region, Latin America, CIS countries, India and the middle east.
