Small knowledge summary of excavator types
About excavators, experts, of course, see what brand, what type, which type, but for small weaving this layman, still need to consolidate knowledge, so Xiaobian compiled some simple excavator classification, and share with you.
Small knowledge summary of excavator types
Classification of common excavators:
Excavator classification 1: the common excavators are driven by internal combustion engines, excavators and power driven excavators two kinds. The electric excavator is mainly used in the highland hypoxia and underground mine and other flammable and explosive places.
Excavator classification two: according to the different way of walking, excavator can be divided into crawler excavator and wheel excavator.
Excavator classification three: according to the different transmission mode, excavator can be divided into hydraulic excavator and mechanical excavator. Mechanical excavators are mainly used in some large mines.
Excavator classification four: according to the use of points, excavators can be divided into general-purpose excavators, mining excavators, marine excavators, special excavators and other different categories

Excavator structure
The excavator consists of bucket, bucket column, slewing arm, support leg or support wheel and hydraulic system. The bucket is hinged with the bucket column, and the bucket column is hinged at the end of the slewing arm. The hydraulic control system of lifting rotary arm through each special cylinder and rotating in the horizontal plane, the bucket rod rotating in a vertical plane, leg lift, and mining, lifting and dumping bucket transform state, the bucket on the ground above and below 3 ~ 4 meters of excavation, and dump to the specified location.
The capacity of the excavator bucket is about 0.1 cubic meters per 15 kW according to the tractor power. After unloading the bucket, it can also be equipped with clam grab, multi tooth grab parts or lifting hook and other working parts, for material loading, lifting, loading and unloading and other operations.
