The 863 subject of the ZOOMLION lead country has passed the acceptance
In May 18th, ZOOMLION took the lead in undertaking the National 863 topic of "key technology and demonstration for remanufacturing of common parts of construction machinery", which was accepted by Ministry of science and technology in Changsha. The subject is jointly undertaken by 6 universities, such as the Chinese people's Liberation Army, The Academy of Armored Forces Engineering, Zhejiang University and Central South University. Fu Ling, the chief engineer of the company, Liu Quan, the supervisor of the project, vice president of engineering crane branch, Ren Huili, assistant director of the Central Research Institute, and more than 30 representatives from the unit undertake the acceptance meeting.
The acceptance expert group, headed by Professor Wang Liping of Tsinghua University, listened to the technical report made by the research group, reviewed the documents submitted, and inspected the application of the research results, and inquired and seriously discussed the related questions. The acceptance expert group agreed that the overall performance of the project was good, and the research objectives and assessment indicators reached the final requirement, and the acceptance was approved by the expert group.
"The urgent needs of engineering machinery common components remanufacturing key technology and demonstration project for construction machinery retired product remanufacturing, is committed to enhancing China's engineering machinery manufacturing technology level, remanufacturing research object with the typical common components boom, wide for equivalent cylinder.
The retired engineering machinery reverse logistics, green cleaning, nondestructive testing, remanufacturing forming, performance evaluation and decision support and other aspects of the research, through ultra high pressure water jet cleaning, paint removal, arm / AE magnetic memory non-destructive testing, ultrasonic hydraulic cylinder and oil 12 key technologies of nondestructive testing, arm frame / ultrasonic impact of high energy beam cladding / carbon fiber reinforced, hydraulic cylinder brush plating / thermal spraying, the development of special instruments and equipment 10 sets.
12 papers were published, 15 related patents were applied, 3 software patents were registered, 2 national standards and 2 drafts were formulated, 1 enterprise standards were established, 1 enterprise technical specifications were established, 22 of them were trained.
The results of the project have been applied to the cleaning, nondestructive testing, re manufacturing and performance evaluation of the crane's arm and oil cylinder. The life-cycle decision support and information management platform for construction machinery remanufacturing has been deployed in enterprises, providing important support for information management of used cars.
Through the demonstration and application of remanufacturing on the typical equipment, the project will promote the green remanufacturing industry model of China's engineering machinery.
