The Danish Mini-Line non-contact paving leveling basic beam structure and installation

Danish Mini-Line? Paving non-contact balance beam side consists of 1 control box, 4 sonar sensors and the length of the balance beam.

Each of the beams is equipped with 2 sonar sensors, the length of which is connected by the spiral cable. The long leveling beam crosses the ironing board, i.e., there are 3 sonar sensors on the pavement, and there are 1 sonar sensors on the paved road. One end of the control box is connected with the power supply of the paver, and the other end is connected with the long leveling beam.

It is very convenient to install the long and horizontal beams, suitable for all kinds of paving machines and various construction conditions.

Mini-Line the normal installation position of the non-contact leveling beam is welded on the big arm of the paver, and the long and horizontal beam is welded to the two end of the big arm through their large arm weldment. The distance between them is as far as possible. We must try to ensure normal working position in paver Shidiao flat beam horizontal (vertical sonar sensor).

Note: the welding position shall not affect the other parts of the paver, as well as the top and bottom left and right sides of the paver.
