The main hoist of rotary drilling rig and no movement of the how to do? Fault performance for main hoist the handle when the main winch no action. The reasons are as follows: first, the main oil circuit and pilot oil circuit failure, two is the brake release opening pressure is insufficient, three is the motor, BVD balance valve, brake, reducer and other faults.

(1) check the main oil circuit and pilot oil circuit

A walk or rotary handle, observe the main controller to display pressure value. If there is no pressure on the main oil circuit, the main pump and the main overflow valve fault should be found; if the pilot oil line is not pressure, the pilot pump and pilot relief valve fault should be found.

If the pressure of the main oil circuit or pilot oil line is normal, the pilot valve of the main winch can be checked whether it can be opened. If the pilot valve is not opened, should check whether the electric solenoid pilot valve. If it is not electric, find the circuit fault; if it is power, the valve can be installed in the auxiliary winch, and observe whether the auxiliary winch action.

If the auxiliary winch has no action, it indicates that the pilot electromagnetic valve core is jammed and should be opened, cleaned or replaced; if the normal operation of the auxiliary winch is normal, the brake opening pressure should be checked.

(2) detecting the brake opening pressure

By manipulating the amplitude from the ground will be provided to the drill pipe, drill pipe under gravity. If the main winch can be rotated, it may be caused by insufficient pressure of the brake. At this point, the pressure gauge is used to check the pressure of the brake release oil. If the pressure is insufficient, the pressure of the high pressure reducing valve can be adjusted so that the pressure can release the brake. If the brake release pressure reaches the standard, and then press the floating button, the main winch still has no action, then the main winch motor and the BVD balance valve should be checked for failure.

(3) check the main winch motor and BVD balance valve

Remove the main winch motor fixed bolt, pull out the main hoist motor output shaft from the transmission (the main winch motor tubing is not unloaded), control the main winch handle, observe whether the main winch motor can rotate. If the main hoist motor does not rotate, the main winch motor and BVD balance valve failure, replace the main hoist motor assembly (main winch motor and BVD balance valve for integrated structure); if the main winch motor can be rotated out, it should check the brake.

(4) check the brake

Disassemble the brake assembly (pull down the mast before the opening, so that the drill pipe hits the ground, so that the main winch is not stressed), check whether the brake pads are sintered and whether the seal of the brake cylinder is leaking. If the brake pads sintering and seal oil should be replaced. If the brake failure, it should check the reducer.

(5) check the reducer

After excluding the possibility of the failure of the hydraulic system and the brake system, if the main winch still can not move, it may only be the gear or bearing damage in the reducer.
